Career and Technology

Career and Technology classes help students connect what they are learning to real world applications and explore possible careers of interest. With an emphasis on problem solving, critical thinking, time management and communication, students acquire key skills required for career success.  Instructors facilitate field experiences and guest speakers so students can access professionals in the areas of study which include agricultural science, technology and the arts.

  • Computer Applications

    Students will learn the basics of computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This course will also provide instruction and practice on typing skills and techniques to supplement work writing business letters, personal resumes, and presentations, spreadsheets, and graphs.
