Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a minor in in Child and Adolescent studies from Lasell College in Newton, MA. While at Lasell she was a member of the Women’s Lacrosse team and served as the campus representative for Friends of Jaclyn, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for children with cancer. During her studies, she interned at Riverside Early Intervention and at Boston Children’s Hospital in the hospital’s Activity and Child Life departments.
Prior to joining the Grove community, Kelsey worked and volunteered at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, a camp founded by Paul Newman, serving critically ill children and their families coping with cancer and other serious illnesses and conditions. From a young age, Kelsey has been passionate about working for children and adolescents who have struggled physically, medically or emotionally. She continues to bring that passion to Grove as a Residential Administrator. Kelsey is an advisor, dorm administrator, works in the Education Office, and has taught Physical Education. Kelsey is also active within the Activities Program by leading various ASTEE trips and has the role of assistant Soccer Coach. She coordinates Community Service for the campus and leads a program for dorms to participate in monthly service projects.
Kelsey enjoys working with the students and families at Grove and watching them learn and grow together. One of her favorite aspects of Grove is observing students excel in all aspect of their lives; in the classroom, on the athletic field, on the stage, and in their relationships with their peers, family, and themselves.
Kelsey grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts. She enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, and being at the beach. She also enjoys coaching both youth soccer and lacrosse within her community.< Back
