Career and Technology

Career and Technology classes help students connect what they are learning to real world applications and explore possible careers of interest. With an emphasis on problem solving, critical thinking, time management and communication, students acquire key skills required for career success.  Instructors facilitate field experiences and guest speakers so students can access professionals in the areas of study which include agricultural science, technology and the arts.

    This course gives students the tools they need to help them build strong self-concepts and skills for managing their lives. Students will learn how to make wise decisions about food, clothing, transportation, health and safety.
