Arica Knuffke, LCSW

Arica Knuffke, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families across school, community, residential, and clinical settings with extensive experience in assessment, trauma informed care, family systems, evidence-based treatment planning, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

 

Throughout Arica’s career, she maintains a consistent dedication to supporting youth with complex emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs, approached through diverse roles including therapist, clinical supervisor, and consultant. In addition to her clinical work, Arica is committed to education and mentorship, serving as an Adjunct Professor, where she teaches courses on social welfare, counseling psychology, and family dynamics, fostering the next generation of social work professionals.

 

Outside of her professional role, Arica enjoys life on the Connecticut shoreline with her family, where she embraces the beach community lifestyle. She is honored to be joining the Grove Community and looks forward to continuing her commitment to creating a safe, supportive environment where students and families can thrive.
