Jessica Andretta MA, LPC

Jessica Andretta is a licensed professional counselor with a Master of Arts in Community Psychology, specializing in clinical mental health, from The University of New Haven. Jessica utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating client-centered, behavioral, existential, and holistic modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual. She has experience working with children, adults, and families and has treated a wide range of mental health symptoms. Jessica believes in the transformative power of the therapeutic journey: “Healing is not a destination, but a process of continuous growth, where each step, no matter how small, brings you closer to who you’re meant to become.”

Jessica is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and disaster and mental health counseling. She is also a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) provider. Throughout her career, she has held multiple roles, including clinician, clinical supervisor, vice president for a mental health non-profit organization, and executive director for an outpatient mental health clinic. These diverse positions have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and the organizational aspects of mental health care.

Outside of her professional work, Jessica enjoys hiking, reading, going to the beach, and taking road trips with her dog, Maverick.
