ASTEE

Central to Grove’s extracurricular offerings is the ASTEE© program (Alternative Site Therapeutic Education Experiences), which offers off-campus trips to broaden students’ horizons and deepen their understanding of the world and of themselves. Grove’s ASTEE program provides dynamic and immersive learning opportunities to complement various aspects of our curriculum. Through travel, outdoor activities, and interactive exercises in both individual and group settings, students are invited to engage their physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. ASTEE trips serve as a catalyst for personal reflection, fostering the development of new skills, attitudes, and perspectives. Emotionally and physically challenging, these trips present students with invaluable opportunities for growth while strengthening bonds with both peers and staff.
