Group Therapy

While individual and family therapies play crucial roles in supporting students, group therapy operates on the principle that peers can provide strength, encouragement, and insight to one another. Grove offers a range of group therapy options tailored to address specific needs, including trauma, divorce, adoption, grief, DBT, and social skills groups. Group therapy sessions occur weekly, and participation is mandatory for all students, reflecting our commitment to holistic healing and peer support.

“All the staff have been essential to my growth at Grove. They have always been there when I’ve needed someone to talk to. They have taught me to always put myself first and embrace my emotions.”
