SHIFT your Body, SHIFT your mind

Emily Webster is officially our Theater Arts Director at Grove but, most recently has found a way to connect to the Grove Community through a weekly team building Indoor Cycling class.  She have been a “Spin” Instructor for 20 years and now brings her expertise to a weekly class for our community. Emily first found spin as a teenager and she attributes the stationary bike to helping her achieve balance in turbulent times. This group exercise class is full every week and a favorite among students and staff.
