Grace Kuck

Grace serves as a Residential Administrator at Grove, bringing energy, empathy, and a genuine love for working with adolescents—particularly their humor and resilience. She joined Grove in September 2023 and has worked in multiple capacities, including as a Program Counselor and Teacher Counselor, gaining valuable experience across different aspects of residential life.

Grace graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development and is currently finishing her Master’s in Social Work at UConn. She also has experience as a clinical intern at a local private practice, building skills she brings to her daily work with students.

A lifelong Madison resident, Grace values the close-knit community that Grove offers to both staff and students. In her free time, she enjoys reading memoirs, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
