Erin Roberts, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Erin Roberts is the Health Center Director at the Grove School, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to patient care. She has been a dedicated family practice provider since 2009, serving diverse populations until she transitioned to her current leadership role in 2018.
A proud member of Sigma Theta Tau’s International Honor Society of Nursing since 2009, Erin continuously seeks to enhance her professional skills and knowledge. In 2023, she returned to graduate school at Johns Hopkins University, pursuing a dual degree in Executive Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Business Administration.
Erin was also one of the founding members of the Caring Hearts Health Clinic, which provided free healthcare to uninsured and underinsured individuals in the rural Thumb of Michigan. Her commitment to community health reflects her philosophy of care, which emphasizes patient-centered service with empathy and compassion. She believes in the power of collaboration among individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to advocate effectively for patients’ needs.
Currently, Erin is engaged in a DNP quality improvement project aimed at reducing the risk of burnout among care staff at youth residential treatment facilities, further demonstrating her dedication to both patient care and staff wellbeing.
