Erin Roberts, DNP, MBA, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Erin Roberts is the Health Center Director at the Grove School, bringing more than 15 years of clinical and healthcare leadership experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. She served as a family practice provider beginning in 2009, caring for diverse patient populations before transitioning into her current leadership role in 2018.

A proud member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing since 2009, Erin remains dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development. In 2026, she graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a dual Executive Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), with concentrations in Healthcare Management, Innovation & Technology, and Leadership & Organizational Behavior.

Erin was also one of the founding members of the Caring Hearts Health Clinic, which provided free healthcare services to uninsured and underinsured individuals in rural Michigan. Her commitment to community health reflects her philosophy of care, which emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and advocacy to support the wellbeing of both patients and healthcare teams.

As part of her doctoral work, Erin completed a quality improvement project focused on reducing burnout risk among care staff in a youth residential treatment setting through the implementation of a mindfulness-based wellness initiative. Her work reflects a strong passion for improving organizational culture, staff wellbeing, and healthcare operations through evidence-based leadership practices.
