Lindsay D’Amato MPH, RD, LDN, CDCES

Lindsay is a licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in the State of Connecticut. She has over 20 years of blended experience working with all age groups and in a variety of areas including medical nutrition therapy, mental health, and preventive medicine. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut and her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from California College for Health Sciences. She holds additional certifications as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and Intuitive Eating Counselor.

 

Lindsay’s holistic, individualized approach to nutrition uses both her clinical nutrition knowledge and the concepts of mindful/intuitive eating. She is passionate about helping others and believes in the positive impact of good nutrition on our health and well-being. She guides her clients to develop lifelong habits and to trust their internal cues so they may have a healthy relationship with food. Lindsay loves helping the students at Grove include a variety of foods that support their physical and mental health.

 

Lindsay lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys taking walks with her dog, Odin, and watching her favorite basketball teams.
