Olivia DeLancy

Olivia serves as a Residential Core Administrator at Grove, a role that blends residential programming with academic leadership. Originally from Cheshire, CT, she joined Grove in September 2022 and has worked in multiple dorms before moving into her current position, where she serves as a dorm administrator, teaches United States History, and works as an Academic Case Manager.

Olivia earned her Bachelor’s in Secondary Education and History with a minor in Special Education from Salve Regina University and recently completed her Master’s in Special Education at Quinnipiac University. She holds teaching certification in Social Studies grades 4-12 and is cross-endorsed as a special educator.

Beyond her formal roles, Olivia contributes to Grove’s community life by co-leading ASTEE trips, facilitating Writing Lab during study hall, and occasionally hosting Coffee House events where students showcase their talents. When she’s not at work, she enjoys reading, crafting, cooking, and taking care of her plants.
